Types of Information Collected:

The only information we collect are anonymous usage statistics about your interactions with the Grayscale website/service at grayscale.agency. These include:
	-Game progress: how far through the game you have gotten
	-Session information: how long you view the site, what type of device you use, the geographic area you are in, etc.

A cookie may be used as an anonymous identifier to track your use of the service across Grayscale's pages, HOWEVER no information is collected, stored, or transmitted regarding pages outside of grayscale.agency or while you are not directly interacting with the service.

Use of Collected Information:

This information is used to improved the service. Information about player progress and session length is used to calibrate the difficulty of puzzles and notice when many players are getting stuck at a certain point.
Information is collected using Google Analytics, so the same anonymous data is available to Google. Google's use of this data is subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Google Analytics.

Information we collect will not be shared with other third parties, except if required by law.
